Refund & Cancellation Policy

HISSAB AI Technologies Private Limited (“HISSAB AI”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides access to its software platform and services on a subscription and/or usage-based basis.
Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.
No Refund Policy
All payments made to HISSAB AI Technologies Private Limited are non-refundable.
Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Partial usage of services
- Non-usage of services
- Incorrect plan selection
- Discontinuation of use by the customer
Service Access
Upon successful payment, customers are granted access to the HISSAB AI platform and related services in accordance with the selected plan and applicable terms.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the service details and suitability before completing the payment.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances where a payment has been charged incorrectly due to a technical error directly attributable to HISSAB AI, and solely at the discretion of HISSAB AI.
Any refund request must be submitted in writing to the contact mentioned below along with valid proof of the transaction and relevant details within seven (7) days from the date of the original transaction.
All eligible requests will be reviewed by HISSAB AI within seven (7) business days from the date of receipt of the complete request. If the request is approved, the refund shall be processed within three (3) business days from the date of approval and credited back to the original payment method, subject to the policies and timelines of the respective payment gateway or banking partner.
Approval or rejection of any refund request shall be entirely at the sole discretion of HISSAB AI.
